Buy a walking pad or treadmill in Kenya

In Kenya, people call this machine a walking pad, a treadmill, a folding treadmill or a running machine. Here they all mean the same thing: a slim treadmill with a folding frame that you use at home. Ours is a 2-in-1 model. It walks at 1 to 6 km/h as an under desk treadmill, and runs at up to 14 km/h with the handrail up. It folds flat, so it works as a foldable treadmill or a small treadmill in the smallest apartment.

What people use it for

One machine for work calls, TV time, daily step goals and proper running sessions.

Walking pad used at a desk at home in Kenya

Working from home

Fold the handrail down, slide it under your desk and walk at 1 to 4 km/h while you answer emails.

The office or a co-working desk

It fits under a desk in a shared office, and the quiet motor keeps noise low for the people around you.

Evening TV time

Walk through a movie or a match and add steps to your day while you watch.

Bedsitters and one-bedrooms

It folds flat and stores under the bed or behind the sofa. You do not need a spare room.

Running at home, handrail up

Lift the handrail and run at up to 14 km/h for jogging and interval sessions.

Gyms and fitness studios

A compact cardio station that takes far less floor space than a full treadmill.

Airbnbs and serviced apartments

A fitness extra for guests that fits in the corner of a room.

Supported walking during recovery

Low, steady speeds with a stable handrail. Check with your doctor or physiotherapist first.

Daily walking for seniors

Slow, steady walking indoors, away from broken pavements and busy roads.

Step goals and weight loss

Reach 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day indoors, even when it rains.

Walking after meals

A gentle 10 to 15 minute walk after lunch or dinner, right in your sitting room.

Rainy season and cold mornings

The long rains and cold June to August mornings cancel outdoor plans. Your indoor walk still happens.

Avoiding the roads after dark

It gets dark in Nairobi around 7pm all year. Walk or run at home instead.

Staying away from traffic fumes

Exercise indoors, away from the exhaust on roads like Uhuru Highway and Thika Road.

Warm-ups before strength training

Walk for 5 to 10 minutes before dumbbells or resistance bands.

Standing desk setups

Made for the same desk setup. Walk while you work.

Student hostels

Small enough for a hostel room. No gym fees and no matatu fare.

Why buyers choose this walking pad

The features that matter most when you live in a small space and want to walk and run at home.

Jogging on the foldable walking pad treadmill with the handrail up

Runs at up to 14 km/h

Two machines in one

A desk walking pad and a running treadmill in one unit, so you only buy once.

Folds flat for small spaces

Stores under a bed or sofa in seconds. Made for Nairobi apartment sizes.

No assembly

Unfold it, plug it in and start walking in under five minutes.

Built-in wheels

Move it from room to room on your own.

LED display and remote

See your speed, time, distance and calories, and change speed without bending down.

Softer on knees and hips than walking on tile or concrete floors.

Do I pay before or after delivery?
In Nairobi and nearby towns, you pay after delivery, by cash or M-Pesa, once you have checked that the walking pad works. For deliveries outside Nairobi, you pay by M-Pesa before we send it, and we confirm everything on WhatsApp first.
Can I pay monthly or in instalments?
No. We sell at one full price of KSh 24,800, with no instalment plans. In Nairobi and nearby towns you pay only after delivery, once you have checked that the treadmill works.
