Orders
Orders are placed by WhatsApp or phone call. There is no online checkout. An order is confirmed once we have your delivery address and you have agreed the price and delivery arrangements with us.
Pricing
The walking pad costs KSh 24,800. Delivery in Nairobi costs KSh 700. Outside Nairobi, you choose the courier and pay them directly after we drop the walking pad at their office. Prices may change without notice. The price we confirm when you order is the price you pay.
Payment
In Nairobi and nearby towns, you pay by cash or M-Pesa after delivery, once you have confirmed that the walking pad is correct and working. For deliveries outside Nairobi, you pay by M-Pesa before the courier sends your order. See our full delivery and payment terms.
Warranty
Every walking pad has a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Full terms are on our warranty and returns page.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at any time before it leaves the shop by sending us a WhatsApp message. Once a courier has collected a walking pad for delivery outside Nairobi, cancellation may not be possible.
Foldable Walking Pad Treadmill
A foldable walking pad treadmill for home and office. Walk at 1 to 6 km/h under a desk, or lift the handrail and run at up to 14 km/h.
