Orders
Orders are placed via WhatsApp or phone call, not through an online checkout. An order is confirmed once we have your delivery address and you've agreed the price and delivery fee with us directly.
Pricing
The walking pad is priced at KSh 24,800. Delivery is charged separately and quoted based on your location before you confirm your order. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price quoted to you at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
Payment
For Nairobi and its environs, payment (cash or M-Pesa) is due after delivery, once you've confirmed the unit is correct and working. For deliveries outside Nairobi, payment via M-Pesa is confirmed before the courier dispatches your order. See our full delivery and payment terms.
Warranty
Every unit carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Full terms are on our warranty and returns page.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once a unit has been dispatched via courier for out-of-Nairobi delivery, cancellation may not be possible if the courier is already in transit.
