What voids a walking pad warranty?

Misuse. Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in the motor, electrics and frame. It does not cover damage from going over the 100 kg weight capacity, running the belt without lubrication, water from rain or flooding, or damage after delivery. Normal wear, such as belt lubrication, is the owner's job.

What is covered

Every walking pad comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. That covers motor faults, electrical faults and structural defects present from manufacture. If a covered fault happens in the first year, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a description of the problem. We will arrange a repair or a replacement.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as belt lubrication and general wear from use. It does not cover damage from misuse, such as going over the 100 kg weight capacity, running the belt without lubrication, or exposure to rain or flooding. Check your walking pad before you pay

For Nairobi deliveries paid on arrival, check that the walking pad powers on and folds and unfolds properly before you pay. It is the easiest way to catch any transport damage while the rider is still there.

Making a warranty claim

Message us on WhatsApp with your order details, a description of the fault, and a photo or short video if you can. We will tell you the next step, which may be a home visit, a repair or a replacement, depending on the problem.
