2. We confirm that it is in stock, when it will arrive and the total you will pay.
3. In Nairobi, a rider brings it to your door within about 3 hours. You switch it on, check that it runs, then pay by cash or M-Pesa.
4. Outside Nairobi, you pay by M-Pesa, we drop the treadmill at the office of the courier you choose, and you pay the courier directly for the trip.

Everything is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before anything leaves the shop. Read the full delivery and payment terms.

An affordable treadmill that walks and runs

The cheapest walking pads stop at a fast walk. For about KSh 2,800 more, ours also runs, so you only buy once. It costs less than half the price of the cheapest full-size running machine. See what each price buys in our treadmill price guide.

What you pay in total

• Treadmill: KSh 24,800
• Delivery in Nairobi: KSh 700, so the total at your door is KSh 25,500
• Delivery outside Nairobi: the courier's fee, paid to the courier directly
• Running costs: about KSh 90 to 120 a month in electricity for daily walking, as our electricity cost guide shows

There is no deposit for Nairobi orders. You pay only once the treadmill is in your house and working.

How to buy a treadmill online safely in Kenya

Buying fitness equipment online is easy to get wrong. Before you pay any seller, check these:

1. Is there a real shop? Ask for the address and visit if you can. Ours is in Nairobi CBD.
2. Can you pay after delivery? It is the simplest protection there is. See how pay on delivery works with us.
3. What is the top speed? Many listings say "treadmill" for a pad that only walks at 6 km/h.
4. Is delivery included? Ask for the total at your door, in writing.
5. What does the warranty cover, and for how long? Ours covers manufacturing defects for 1 year. Read the warranty terms.
6. Test it before the rider leaves. Run the belt at a few speeds and try the remote.

Our buying checklist explains why each of these matters.

Is this the right treadmill for you?

It suits you if you live in an apartment, bedsitter or a house without a gym room, you want to walk while you work, and you want to jog or run intervals at up to 14 km/h on some days.

Look at a full-size treadmill instead if you sprint faster than 14 km/h, train for marathons with long sessions at speed or need a commercial gym machine.

Short on space? See how much room our small treadmill needs.
