Nairobi: 3-hour delivery
Order before 3pm and your walking pad is delivered within 3 hours, anywhere in Nairobi and its immediate environs. Orders placed later in the day go out first thing the following morning. Delivery is by our own rider or a trusted local courier, and the fee is quoted on WhatsApp based on your exact location before you confirm the order.
Outside Nairobi: 24-hour delivery
For Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika and towns beyond, delivery is completed within 24 hours of your order being confirmed, using established countrywide courier partners. Because these orders travel overnight, payment for out-of-Nairobi deliveries is confirmed via M-Pesa before the courier dispatches your order.
