Exercise without adding to your commute

Many Thika residents commute into Nairobi and spend a lot of time on Thika Superhighway every day. By the time you get home, a trip to the gym is the last thing you want. With a walking pad in the house, a 20 to 30 minute walk fits in before you leave or after you get back, with no extra travel.

Space for the whole family

Whether you live in an apartment in Thika town or a family home on the outskirts, the walking pad folds flat and rolls on wheels, so it can be stored away between sessions. Fold it and unplug it after use if you have young children or pets at home. See our safety guide.
