How fast does the Mr Walking Pads walking pad go?
It walks at 1–6 km/h with the handrail folded down for desk use, and runs up to 14 km/h with the handrail up for full jogging and interval sessions.
Do I pay before or after delivery?
For Nairobi and its environs, you pay after delivery — cash or M-Pesa once the walking pad arrives and you've checked it works. For deliveries outside Nairobi, payment is arranged before dispatch and confirmed on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take in Nairobi?
Orders placed before 3pm are delivered within 3 hours in Nairobi. Later orders go out first thing the next morning.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver countrywide — Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret and everywhere between — within 24 hours of confirming your order.
Does it need assembly?
No. It arrives folded and ready — unfold it, plug it into a standard Kenyan socket, and you're walking within five minutes.
Will it fit in a small apartment or bedsitter?
Yes. It folds flat to slide under a bed, sofa or in a closet, and it's designed for compact Nairobi apartment floor plans.
How much weight can it hold?
It's built for a 120 kg weight capacity, suitable for most household users.
Is it noisy? I have thin walls or close neighbours.

What's the warranty?
1 year against manufacturing defects. Normal wear items like the belt lubricant are the buyer's responsibility to maintain — see our maintenance guide.
Can I see it in person before I buy?
Yes — our shop is in Nairobi CBD, open Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, closed Sunday. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm you'll find someone in.
