You pay for the walking pad by M-Pesa before we send it, because it travels overnight and we cannot collect payment at the other end.

Looking after it at the coast

Keep the walking pad in a covered, dry room, as you would any electrical appliance. Do not leave it on an open balcony or anywhere it can get wet. Wipe the belt and side rails now and then, and lubricate the belt every 2 to 3 months with daily use. The lubricant comes in the box. Our maintenance guide shows how.

When it arrives, unfold it and switch it on to check that the belt runs. If anything is wrong, message us straight away.
