Delivery times

Nairobi: within 3 hours of a confirmed order.

Everywhere else in Kenya: within 24 hours of a confirmed order, through couriers that cover Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret and beyond.

Delivery cost

In Nairobi, delivery costs KSh 700. Outside Nairobi, you choose the courier. We take the walking pad to their office, and you pay the courier directly. That fee depends on the courier and your location.

Payment

Nairobi and nearby towns: pay after delivery, by cash or M-Pesa, once the walking pad has arrived and you have checked that it is correct and working.

Outside Nairobi: pay by M-Pesa before the courier sends your order. We cannot be there to collect payment when an overnight courier delivers.

Which areas count as Nairobi and nearby towns for pay after delivery?
Nairobi and the surrounding towns our riders reach within the 3-hour window, including Thika, Ruaka, Kiambu and Rongai. Send your exact location to confirm.
What if the walking pad arrives damaged?
Check it at the door before you pay. If anything is wrong, tell the rider and do not pay. We will arrange a replacement.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can. Changes are easiest before the walking pad has left the shop.
