Delivery timing

Nairobi and environs: 3 hours from confirmed order, if placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm are delivered the following morning.

Everywhere else in Kenya: 24 hours from confirmed order, via courier partners covering Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret and beyond.

Delivery cost

Delivery is charged separately from the KSh 24,800 unit price and depends on your exact location. We quote the fee on WhatsApp before you confirm your order — never a surprise add-on at the door.

Payment terms

Nairobi and environs: Pay after delivery. Cash or M-Pesa, once the unit has arrived and you've confirmed it's correct and working.

Outside Nairobi: Payment is confirmed via M-Pesa before the courier dispatches your order, since we can't be present to collect payment on arrival ourselves for overnight courier deliveries.

Nairobi city and its immediately surrounding towns reachable by our own riders within the 3-hour window, including areas like Thika, Ruaka, Kiambu and Rongai. Message us your exact location to confirm.

What if the unit arrives damaged?

Check the unit at the door before paying — if anything is wrong, tell the rider and don't pay; we'll arrange a replacement.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, message us on WhatsApp as early as possible — changes are easiest before the unit has been dispatched.
